Join us for an exciting new Switch event that brings together our communities for a day of connection, collaboration, and inspiration. Held twice a year, Forum Days offers a unique platform for various groups to meet, share information, engage in dynamic discussions, and listen to enlightening keynotes. The following working groups will meet up at the Forum Day on 10 September 2024: Data & Insights, ICT Law, Procurement, Security, SIGs and TRID . The Forum Days is a closed community event! The human factor of security is getting more and more important. In times of a constant increase of complexity in our digitalised world, the user becomes the target of cybercriminals. Technical measures are not enough to keep our systems secure, the user needs to become part of the security process. Security Awareness is supposed to help, but the challenges are great and many – missing communication expertise, support and resources are just a few. The Swiss Security Awareness Day aims at giving some insights into the different possible ways to deal with Security Awareness while pointing out where to get support and what is most crucial for being successful.

Immerse yourself in the world of digitalization, strategy, evolution, and transformation during these dedicated ICT Focus days. But there's more! This event is your gateway to network and exchange ideas with like-minded HEI professionals from across Switzerland.

In this two-day course you will learn to identify human risk in your organisation and how to tackle it. With the help of numerous case studies and the guidance of the lecturers, you will learn how to plan, initiate and run a security awareness programme to change behaviour in the long term. You will practice how to communicate the importance of managing human risk effectively to relevant stakeholders and how to form alliances to get support across your organisation. Earn CPE 3.75 credits per day.
